The Board

The LHRC is organised and managed by a voluntary Board. If you are interested in becoming involved as a Board member please contact mail@londonhr.org for more information. Being a Board member offers great development opportunities.

John Maxted
Chairman
CEO, Digby Morgan.
I see being actively involved in the group as a great opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of HR professionals.

Fiona Marshall
Vice Chair
The LHRC has created a relaxed and open environment for bringing people together and I am looking forward to playing my part in continuing to promote this agenda.

Michael Moran
CIPD - Chair of London Branch
Current employer: Fairplace
Over the past two years I have found LHRC an excellent forum to keep up to date and network with other HR professionals. I’m delighted to join the Board and have the opportunity to work with the team, helping to contribute ways we can add value for both members and sponsors.

Guy Pink
Secretary
Current employer: Addaction
I joined the Board some years ago to assist initially with finding venues for meetings, then took on the role of Vice Chair, Chair and now as Secretary.

Weedie Sisson
Independent Consultant – People First
I decided to take up an opportunity to be part of a group which focuses on developing capabilities / inspiring / networking within the HR community.

Paul Gollan
Dept of Business Macquarie University and Visiting Associate Professor, Department of Management, London School of Economics.
For me it is important that academic knowledge and development is linked directly in the HR and business community and see my involvement in London HR Connection as critical in that objective.

Robert Hicks
HR Director, Exponential-e Limited
I saw joining the LHRC Board as an excellent opportunity not only to engage and work with other likeminded HR professionals, but also because I believe that it will enable me to give  something back to the HR community, which is vital for any practitioner of HR.

Jane Saunders
Partner, Orion Partners
As a consultant I work with many successful HR functions and undertake regular research into what makes the best HR functions.  I hope to be able to bring some of these insights to members and help ensure that the focus is on the best in forward thinking HR.

Kristina Lukaviciute
HR Manager, City YMCA, London
I joined the LHRC board because it is an excellent forum for HR professionals to network, share knowledge and be inspired. I want to contribute to the growth and development of the group and the impact that it can achieve in the HR community.

Denise Jones

I took on this role to expand my current portfolio of clients and to enjoy meeting a wide variety of people.
