Kate Willson
HR Consultant
Learn how you can become a better partner to your business.
There is an ever growing need for HR functions to re-brand and to develop a new way of operating with the business so the value that they bring is clearly understood and recognised.
This requires a proactive business focus rather than a reactive HR focus. Whatever their job title those in roles of HR Business Partner need a framework within which they can truly work in partnership and create solutions to HR issues which are effective and sustainable.
The 7C’s of Consulting model, created by Mick Cope, is delivered through Wizoz Training & Consultancy (WTC) and provides a set of tools and processes which can support HR business partnership in this way. WTC is a training organisation that focuses on change that starts with the individual and ends with the organisation - an ‘inside out’ rather than ‘outside in’ approach to change and development. In this way there is a greater chance that the outcome will provide sustainable rather than short lived transformation.
In this ‘taster’ session Kate will introduce a proven framework that improves the way HR can support the business in delivering sustainable change. Use of the 7C’s will provide HR Professionals with a language and framework to improve the quality of their strategic dialogue and engagement in the business.
Kate is a self employed Consultant and has a strong background in HR with over 20 years experience of working with a broad range of business areas in large financial services organisations. She works with her own clients and also as an associate with WTC and is passionate about improving HR’s ability to deliver sustainable value to the organisation.

Good discussion and interesting model. Would have benefited from more time to discuss in the group. Had the impression of late start due to late arrivals.

Very good session that provided a practical tool (one model) for use when considering change programmes that would have an impact.

Fine - I think she had planned for it to be more interactive, but the dynamics of the room didn't allow.
