Absolutely fantastic session. One of my favourites because of the interactive nature of the delivery. I am certain that it is a familiar story for all who attended in organisations. As I said to Julie, the model can be incorporated to coaching. Also can be used to bring communities closer and together by bridging the divide from perceptions, attitudes, behaviours and feelings held by various communities about ecah other.
