See and Speak: Raising Your Profile as an HR Professional
The LHRC will give you the vital ingredients to raise your game to achieve a ‘seat at the table’ and the confidence to act as if you belonged there. As HR professionals, our role is to maximise business results by developing our people and organisations. We can do this more effectively by having a clear strategic message and delivering it effectively and with impact.
This half-day development event will help HR and Learning and Development professionals to enable their people and organisations to achieve spectacular success through:
Seeking the truth – asking the right questions of stakeholders, understanding the strategic objectives of their organisation, and developing a coherent message around the needs of stakeholders and speaking up – talking the language of business, in an authentic, influential and impactful way.
This fantastic development event is free to LHRC members – however, places are limited, so please book as soon as possible.

Thought the communication skills session by ID-ology was particularly useful. Pity the timetable slipped as I felt Janice felt a bit under time pressure. Catering and venue very good

It was good to take time out to think about my personal development.

Janine and Paul's presentation was action packed, stimulating and ran at quite a fast pace. I would have liked to have had more time concentrating on Solutions Focus in more depth. The other session was good as well, but found it quite hard to adjust to the more deliberate pace of the second one. Thank you for a great afternoon. I really enjoyed it.
