A thought provoking presentation which proved interesting. It was strong on strategy but somewhat lacking on the implications for HR. Perhaps it needed two speakers with the HR view presented by their HRD.

There was a heavy emphasis on the financial aspects of organisational strategy, which gave a different perspective. It would have been helpful to consider the people aspects of strategy more.
Submitted by Sarah Denneny, ORR
Roger was focussed, clear and covered an essential HR topic well

Excellent, business-focused presentation, which challenged us and moved us out of comfort zone.
