It was a shame the turnout was low as the venue was great, and the speaker was very natural and thought provoking.

Jenny was an excellent speaker with the knowledge and expertise to impart this in a clear and concise manner. Thought provoking, informative and very useful. What more could you ask for!

Very interesting talk from Jenny Watson providing some quite surprising statistics. It really is quite hard to credit that in 2007 in certain instances women are still not being treated the same as men in terms of pay. Also "losing" 6.5 million per year from the work pool is just incredible because of the inflexibility of employers. A great deal of food for thought.

It was really interesting to hear what Jenny had to say. I am not in the HR area as I deal with recruitment but it was certainly food for thought and being a woman I hope to use the advice in the future!!

Excellent presentation, most informative and inspiring. It would be useful to have a summary sheet/handout as Jenny did come up with some interesting stats and I was too engrossed in her talk to take any detailed notes.
