Mark Lee
Commercial Director at Reed Managed Services
Mark has worked closely with some of the UK's leading brands to develop e-enabled Managed Service resourcing models and a successful Recruitment Process Outsourcing offering to meet growing market demands.
Recruiting well is vital to the success of every organisation, but every year it gets harder to identify, attract and recruit the individuals that will make a real difference to business performance. Demand is high and talent is in short supply, creating a buyers' market for jobs. How can organisations respond effectively?
Mark has worked closely with organisations such as Vodafone and TfL to implement recruitment strategies that deliver a differentiated candidate experience. By treating candidates as customers, organisations ensure that they deliver a positive and strongly branded employment experience right from the start.
With reference to real-world examples, the presentation will explore recent research in this area and provide actionable suggestions for organisations to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.

An interesting and challenging presentation, urging us all to look at the quality of the recruitment experience from a candidate's perspective, based on survey information.

This was an excellent event. Very thought-provoking and based on real,up to date research. As a suggestion it msy be useful to have a workshop type event afterwards to discuss the implications of the data and brainstorm some solutions.
