Colin will be presenting a fun and interactive session on DISC Behavioural Profiling, aimed at both the novice and the expert and will give a light-hearted introduction to the key concepts, to include some interactive elements.
Colin brings over 25 years business experience to his coaching practice, and a desire to help people, teams and businesses realise their full potential. His background is in marketing and general management in telecoms and IT, and he has held a number of management positions up to and including board level. His roles have frequently been about making change happen, and so he fully understand and enjoy the challenges this brings. Key to this has been the development of teams and of people, which he found immensely rewarding and ultimately led him to business coaching as a career.

It has many applications as well as personal development, including staff evaluation, organisational development, team building, recruitment and training.

I found this a really interesting introduction to the DISC model. I can see how it would complement other models - intend to try and put in to practice some of the points I picked up in the next few weeks

A thoroughly interesting presentation. I know DISC is not to everybody's 'taste', but as Colin demonstrated, it has a very practical application in the workplace and allows people to explore complex inter-communication related issues relatively quickly and easily.

An interesting presentation which prompted much discussion amongst the audience. The DISC profiling was easily understandable and could be useful for that reason.
