A great venue and an unusual, fun and enjoyable but thought provoking end of season event. Whilst the message may seem simple, it involves some serious thinking. What is the rhythm we use to glue people together into an effective team in our own organisation? And when that rhythm changes, do we effectively change the messages? Food for thought.

Very entertaining and informative event that gave some useful analogies between a band and a team.

I think the themes that were presented were ones I was already familiar with, but this was a really refreshing way to revisit them and prompted a lot of thoughts for me around learning styles, not least my own.

Music was beautiful and talented musicians, however I thought the message was a bit basic for a group of HR Professionals.

I really enjoyed this event - the first I have attended. A central location, a good turn out and mix of proffessionals with ample time to network were all positives. The band was a fun intervention that relaxed people and put smiles on faces rather than it delivering new knowledge around communications skills.
