Robin will look at the impact of:

- automatic enrolment into pensions from a cost and logistical perspective

- how to identify your eligible workforce,

- protecting your high earners from unforeseen consequences

- helping low earners to decide whether to opt-out or not

- preparing HR and payroll for your new reporting duties

- where ‘Personal Accounts’ fits into all of this.

Robin is Head of Technical, Marketing and Research at Bluefin, one of the largest employee benefits consultancies in the UK.

With 20 years experience, he is responsible, amongst other things, for the development of Bluefin’s services to help clients develop strategies to deal with the ever-changing requirements of pension legislation. A committee member of the Society of Pension Consultants, Robin is a regular speaker and writer on the topic of employee benefits.
