The London HR Connection is delighted to welcome Julio Bruno, CEO of Time Out Group plc, as our guest speaker on November 14th.
Julio will be discussing the specific leadership challenges he faces taking an established and much-admired brand on an ambitious growth strategy and forward into the digital age across the multiple territories that Time Out Group operates in around the world. Time Out launched in 1968 in London and is now the leading global media and entertainment business; it is present in 108 cities in 39 countries to inspire and enable people to make the most of the city.
With a burgeoning number of tech start-ups morphing into fully mature organisations and a corresponding number of previously offline businesses facing a digital future, what are the challenges and opportunities for leadership? Do today’s digitally-driven organisations have to hire leaders proven in leading a digitally native organisation or should they look outside the sector for something ‘different’ to help them meet their new challenges? Can leaders move seamlessly between those worlds?
Join us on November 14th to hear Julio’s personal take on the subject and how he sees business leaders meeting the challenges of a digital future.
